Instruction-based | Coached match play

4-Week Curriculum

Session 1 — Fundamentals & Rally Building

Refresh the essentials: correct grip, basic rules, and court positioning. Learn a reliable serve and return, groove your drives, and build longer rallies.

Session 2 — Depth, Dinks & the Kitchen

Work on deep serves/returns to gain time and control. Learn dinking technique and footwork, and when/how to move into the kitchen (non-volley zone).

Session 3 — Fast Hands & the Third Shot

Develop quick hands at the net, solid punch volleys, and introduce the third-shot drop to set up your team for success.

Session 4 — Transition Resets & Finishing

Practice controlled resets through the transition zone, then learn to recognize and execute high-percentage put-away opportunities.
