Participant Guidelines & Release Of Liability

Agreement To Follow Guidelines

By participating at Play Pickleball Club, I agree to respect the facility and everyone within it. This means refraining from using offensive language or playing music with inappropriate content. I will handle all equipment responsibly and will not engage in any behavior that could damage the property or harm others. I commit to following all posted rules and any instructions given by the Play Pickleball Club staff. My use of the facility, including court rentals and private events, will be confined to the hours specified in my agreement. Additionally, I will comply with the following policies:

• Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited.
• No food, external chairs, unattended children, non-pickleball sports equipment, or items that could damage the court surface are allowed inside unless otherwise specified.
• Play Pickleball Club is not liable for any lost or stolen items.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I acknowledge that participating in pickleball involves inherent risks, and I voluntarily assume all risks related to personal injury. I release and hold harmless Play Pickleball Club from any claims resulting from injuries, illnesses, disabilities, losses, or damages that occur during my time at the facility, regardless of whether they result from my actions, the actions of Play Pickleball Club, or those of third parties. This includes but is not limited to injury or death. I agree to follow all policies, procedures, and requirements set by Play Pickleball Club and comply with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations, including those related to COVID-19 or other emergencies.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

On behalf of myself, my heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, I HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS PLAY PICKLEBALL CLUB, including its owners, directors, officers, volunteers, employees, sponsors, and if applicable, lessors of the premises (“RELEASEES”), FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to personal property, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

BY ENTERING THE PREMISES OF PLAY PICKLEBALL CLUB, WHETHER AS A PARTICIPANT, OBSERVER, VENDOR, CONTRACTED SERVICE PROVIDER, OR VISITOR, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I ASSUME ALL RISKS AND AGREE TO THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT IN FULL.
