You’ll alternate between three dynamic fitness blocks and three fast-paced on-court gameplay rotations, smashing hundreds of balls, burning serious calories, and sharpening your footwork along the way. Led by certified group fitness professionals, RFX Tetra is designed for all skill levels and fitness backgrounds. Every session leaves you feeling stronger, more energized, and ready to hit the court again.

What exactly is RFX Tetra?
RFX Tetra is a 60-minute group fitness class that blends HIIT-style workouts with live pickleball-inspired drills. It’s not a lesson or clinic—it’s a high-energy workout designed for fun, fitness, and function.
Is this a pickleball class? Will I learn how to play?
No. While you will hit a lot of balls, this is a fitness-focused class, not a pickleball training session. If you’re looking for lessons, check out our beginner clinics instead.
Do I need prior fitness or pickleball experience?
How many people are in each class?
Each session is limited to 6–8 participants, spread across two courts. This ensures enough space, movement, and personalized coaching.
Who leads the class?
All classes are run by RFX-certified group fitness coaches. These are not our in-house pickleball pros, but professionals trained in functional training and group exercise.
How intense is the workout?
Expect to move, sweat, and feel the burn—but in the best way. The format alternates between HIIT-style fitness circuits and short bursts of pickleball-style movement, so you’ll get both variety and rest built in.
Is RFX safe for older adults or those with injuries?
Yes—with a caveat. RFX is scalable, and our instructors can offer modifications for many movements. However, if you have any existing injuries or conditions, consult your doctor and let the coach know before class.
Can I drop in, or do I have to commit to multiple sessions?
You can drop in! But due to limited spots, we recommend booking your sessions in advance to secure your place.
